Weathering the Storm
With all the problems raining down on the nation, more and more each day, and only getting increasingly serious, some are not afraid to dive in and stand tall.
To be out in it, doing battle and standing for what is Right.
May he bring us along, may he help to bring us All together to see that so much more
can be accomplished if only we can shake off the haze we are in.
Time to focus America! The outreached hand is there, asking us, ALL of us to join together to make this great nation, down at the moment, rise again, and claim our place at the Top of the greatest of the greats.
One time, One Man. Hand outstretched, offering his talents to help us all, to make America Truly Great Again!!

Taxing Situation
Obama and McCain Tax Proposals
According to a new analysis by the Tax Policy Center, a joint project of the Urban Institute and the Brookings Institution, Democrat Barack Obama and Republican John McCain are both proposing tax plans that would result in cuts for most American families. Obama's plan gives the biggest cuts to those who make the least, while McCain would give the largest cuts to the very wealthy. For the approximately 147,000 families that make up the top 0.1 percent of the income scale, the difference between the two plans is stark. While McCain offers a $269,364 tax cut, Obama would raise their taxes, on average, by $701,885 - a difference of nearly $1 million.

Swing State Sizzle
The Obama's and the Biden's were in the Motor City over the weekend... AGAIN!
Missed this rally, but there will surely be more.
Above are some pics from the day, thanks the the Detroit Free Press.
The weather was just right, and the crowd near 50,000. I missed it, but hope to be able to make-see-hear the next rally sure to come...
